The Light Yard is committed to your complete satisfaction with all of your purchases. We accept returns on most items (in new condition, uninstalled, with original packaging) within 14 days of receipt of your product unless otherwise noted. We will happily arrange for UPS collection, however you will be responsible for return shipping cost. We will credit your account upon inspection of the product back to our workshop, less original outbound shipping fees. To ensure it arrives safely, we highly recommend you return the product using the same packaging that we sent it to you. Unfortunately, damaged or missing items can not be refunded.
Custom-made or bespoke fittings are non-returnable and non refundable.
Please note that due to customs, shipping and duty fees, we are unable to accept returns on any International orders. All orders shipped International are final sale.
Upon receipt of your order we start processing immediately. This means that changes or cancellations are not always possible. Special orders and custom orders cannot be cancelled. We do understand that sometimes you may ask us to try. In this case, contact us to make a request for a change or cancellation. Orders cancelled after shipping will incur some shipping fees. We will make our best efforts to accommodate the requested change.
Unfortunately, fragile items are occasionally damaged in shipping. If by some chance, your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a prompt replacement of the item. We ask that you fully inspect all products immediately upon delivery receipt and provide photos of any product that is damaged along with the packaging.
Products with defects, missing parts, or not operating properly are handled quickly to get replaced. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that quality production and inspection procedures are in place, but sometimes defects do occur. Please contact us directly to resolve issues. Problems must be reported within 10 days or receiving your order.
Sale and Clearance Items
All items from our sale and clearance section are non-returnable final sale per our custom order confirmation form. Any fittings from our sale and clearance section are not eligible for our standard manufacturers guarantee. Our returns, warranties or refunds policy does not apply to sale or clearance items.
All of our lights come with the manufacturers guarantee. Please contact us if you have questions regarding our warranty policy.
The Light Yard and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement goods, loss or damage to goods or services arising out of the use or inability to use this site or any product purchased from The Light Yard, damages resulting from use of or reliance on the information present, even if The Light Yard or its suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
